About Us
I started recruiting in the U.S. Army National Guard and later in the U. S. Army Reserves. I started 2 brand new units and fully staffed them to accomplish the Basic Combat Training mission of training brand new Soldiers. After those assignments I went to a Division Headquarters and within 1 year our recruiting numbers rose by 2200%. After those results I was selected to recruit for an Active Duty Army Division. Within 4 months we had successfully recruited the Soldiers necessary to run the division. We also fully staffed a specialized combat mission and had a waiting list when I left that assignment.
Retiring with 26 years of U.S. Army experience, 28 years of law enforcement experience, retiring with the last 15 years as a Chief, I know what it takes to assist you and your organizations in recruiting, retention and solving issues. I can assist any age group and any income level. I understand the frustration of an individual that knows that they are working hard, but, does not seem to be moving forward. My process is to assist you in solving the issues that are holding you back, so that, you can move forward in the direction that you envision. Sometimes that might not be getting a job.
